Today eBooks by Sainsbury’s, the home of eBook content from Sainsbury’s, has relaunched its website.

The new site, built in-house, features the complete catalogue alongside a redesigned user experience.

Besides a new user-friendly layout, eBooks by Sainsbury’s now has tons of new features. The site contains: a book club allowing readers to share their thoughts on the book of the week; new collections, such as the books everyone is talking about; and a blog offering exclusive content, such as behind-the-scenes interviews with authors and much, much more.

A Place for Booklovers

Books are at the heart of the new site. A brand-new blog will provide readers with inspiration and insight into their favourite titles with special author and illustrator Q&A’s. Another exciting addition, the eBooks by Sainsbury’s Book Club gives readers the chance to share their literary passions with friends, family and workmates – with a new book each week.

There are also oodles of new collections to keep readers engaged and inspired. A bespoke bestsellers list – built entirely using data from eBooks by Sainsbury’s users – displays in real time the most popular authors and books in each genre. While another fresh addition, the books everyone’s talking about, features the titles making the headlines as well as seasonal and topical recommendations.

The new interface also includes a Nectar ‘one click’ instant buy option where users can buy books directly using their Nectar points. Readers will be able to collect points as they shop boosting their Nectar points balance and their digital library at the same time.

With so many new features to pack in, regular users can be assured that the website will continue to feature the same great new releases, regular price drops on selected titles, and compatibility with all e-reading devices except Amazon’s Kindle.
