A big thank you to Poppy at Little Brown for sending me a copy to review!
I’ve always enjoyed seeing Nicholas Sparks’s stories come to life on the big screen but it has only been in the past couple of years that I’ve realised how much more incredible his books are.
Sparks has the ability to pull you into his world from the very page and as you delve further into his written word you find yourself ensconced in a romance that is full of passion and intensity.
So that is why I was delighted to start See Me. This brand new novel from Sparks brings a story of romance, mystery and thrilling intrigue. This is a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat and leave you in awe of the creative genius which is Sparks!
Colin Hancock and Maria Sanchez are polar opposites, raised from completely different backgrounds there isn’t a chance of their lives crossing paths under normal circumstances but then fate intervenes with a flat tyre!
What starts as a tense first encounter soon turns into something special….
Maria and Colin are great characters to discover, although at first I was a little wary of them both as soon as I got past the first chapters I started to really like them and I absolutely loved the way they evolved with their new relationship.
Maria is a strong and ambitious character who changes so much as she allows someone into her heart and Colin is someone who is prepared to prove himself for those he loves, the perfect pairing for this heart warming romance.
But this story isn’t just about the romance for it also shares in an incredible friendship.
From the very first page this book delivers something so breath taking that you know you will be thinking about this story for years to come!
